Agree.  They *might* be willing to watch an good introductory video.

Having an interactive session with lots of questions presenter does not 
repeat or summarize will not make a good introductory video.  Having 
audience members (no matter how knowledgeable) give 5-10 minute 
micro-presentations from the floor will not make a good introductory video.
