Hi Marilyn,

There are many pressing issues in the group, many feel this is not
a major one, although clearly some do.
I see you have an 'abstain' option, is this how I would register the opinion
"defer any decisions on name until we figure out our group identity?

I fear this will start a distracting firestorm which is incapable of 
reaching a
civilized conclusion (since the group has no charter, governing board, 
by-laws etc.).
