[BangPypers] CFP has a new home

Hey everyone,

So, we moved our CFP process to the GitHub repo[1]. If you'd like to
speak at our next event, please feel free to submit your talk as an
issue[2].

Also, if you’ve any suggestions for improving this section, please
feel free to share them with us. There's been no change to the meetup
group[3] or discord server[4] so far.

We're opening CFP for the February meetup, which will be talks format.
Location yet to be determined. If you're interested in hosting us,
please let us know as well.
