   1. Around 2-3 years of experience in software development, understands
   process and focuses on quality and timely deliverables
   2. Customer focused mindset with a passion for solving technical issues
   3. Has worked on backend tools like Python/Django, Rest APIs, DBs
   (Postgres/MySQL)
   4. Proven experience in frontend with JavaScript, HTML and CSS
   5. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
   6. Team player with strong interpersonal skills, willing to ask for help
   and offer support to the rest of the team
   7. Detail oriented. Ability to empathize with customers, Ability to pick
   up new technologies and assess situations quickly
