[BangPypers] PyCon India 2013 regular registrations closing soon

Seems like there is mistake in DoAttend details. August 30 is workshop day,
ticketing for that isn't open, Ticket you have bought is for conference on
Aug 31 &  Sep 1.

August 30, 2013 — 9:00 am to
September 01, 2013 — 6:00 pm

August 30 is confusing people, should we change to August 31 there ?
