Let us not assume this is fine. In fact I think this will be
inconvenient to most people since Saturday is a holiday and people
want their early morning lie-in or rest.

Typically we used to have these meetings from 3.00 - 6.00pm
or 4.00-7.00pm.  I think that time will be most convenient.
