Hello. I'm the founder of WisdomTap <http://www.wisdomtap.com/>, a vertical
search startup in Bangalore. We're developing unique algorithms and solving
some very interesting and difficult problems. We are looking to hire an
experienced python developer. Qualifications we're looking for:

Must have

   - PhD, MS + 2years, or BE + 4years (or BE + 2 years developing web apps)
   - Good problem solving, analysis, algorithm skills
   - Sound knowledge of statistics, probability and related math
   - Must be an expert python hacker, who enjoys coding
   - Experience with web technologies - http, web servers (apache, mod_wsgi,
   mod_python), frameworks (pylons, django), and processing html and xml
   documents

Good to have (any of the following) but not required

   - Web mining, text mining, Machine Learning, AI
   - Web search, lucene or solr
   - Natural Language Processing, Linguistics
   - Front end - php, html, javascript, ajax
   - Java or C++
