[AstroPy] Regarding Baseline for Bayesian Block Algorithm

Dear Members,

I am using astropy.stats.babayesian_blocks to calculate flare bins in
time-series fermi data. But I am not able to calculate the baseline to
differentiate the flare bins and get the significance for them.

Can you help me with it?
