[AstroPy] SpecViz and SpecUtils

Hi Nic,

Specutils hasn't had a 'core' module in several versions, and it looks like you're attempting to install SpecViz v0.3.0 (where as the current version is 0.7.0). How are you attempting to install SpecViz (through anaconda, pip, or from source)?
