Take a look at Astroplan (https://astroplan.readthedocs.org) and in
particular this tutorial:
https://astroplan.readthedocs.io/en/latest/tutorials/summer_triangle.html#observable
If you find that there is any functionality missing or if there are
features you implemented in your own code that you don't see here,
start up a discussion in the GitHub issues:
https://github.com/astropy/astroplan/issues
