This is not specifically an Astropy issue, rather you have probably updated your Xcode installation
(to 7.1) and need to renew your license agreement. Try either (or all) of

sudo gcc -v
sudo xcode-select —install
sudo xcode-select -switch /Applications/Xcode.app 

which should enable you to compile again.
