[AstroPy] deprecation warning from ipython

Hello Jonathan,

It looks to me like #4078 (https://github.com/astropy/astropy/pull/4078)
was supposed to fix this, and its already merged so you shouldn't be seeing
the error if you're got that change in.  Were you seeing this on the
development branch of astropy, or a release (which wouldn't have this yet)?
