[AstroPy] Error in pixel to sky coordinate conversion with astropy.wcs

Hello,
Thanks a lot for the help. I've installed PyAST on my computer and I'm
now trying to understand how to implement the coordinate transformation
I need. Is anyone familar with PyAST and if so, can anyone suggest the
code to transform from pixel to sky coordinates and viceversa?
