[AstroPy] astropy in Debian, Scientific Linux?

Hi Leo,

I'd try pip: https://pypi.python.org/pypi/pip

You can look for Debian and Scientific Linux packages for pip online. 

Then you run

pip install astropy  

from the terminal.

This is essentially the "python way" of installing packages.
