[AstroPy] appending Tables in Astropy

Hi all,

I am missing an 'append' method in the astropy Table object  as it exists
in ATpy: http://atpy.github.com/manipulating.html#combining-tables

Does it exist within astropy something to combine two tables (or more) that
have the same columns?
