Hi Tom,

http://vizier.cfa.harvard.edu/viz-bin/asu-tsv?-source=I%2F284%2Fout&-c=50.00+50.00
should return data in TSV.

http://vizier.cfa.harvard.edu/viz-bin/votable?-source=I%2F284%2Fout&-c=50.00+50.00
will return data in VOTable.
