[AstroPy] Additional Package Installation problem

Hi Ralph,

It seems that you're running these commands from an ipython session, rather than the command line/command prompt. Rather than opening an ipython session, from the start menu, find the "Command Prompt" and run the tutorial commands from there.

Best,

Mubdi
