[AstroPy] Co-ordinating Python astronomy libraries?

Thanks for all the replies to my message about co-ordinating libraries.
I've been wrapped up in SciPy code sprints for the past couple of days
and now I'm going on vacation for 3 weeks, but I'll have a closer look
at your libraries and documents and post more as soon as I can. Maybe
Perry and Mark will also have comments.

It sounds like there's some nice work going on, both filling in
functionality and documenting it. It will be great if we can get some
of that into AstroLib or the SciPy pages, or at least link to it from
there so people can track it.
