I agree it would be nice to jump right in and start helping people
start new groups, but I think it's good to take care of the low
hanging fruit first.  A user group audit is a doable goal.  Helping
new groups will come...very soon.  In the mean time, if you have any
questions about what we did to get chipy.org off the ground, I'd be
happy to talk about it.
