Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Back-End Developer to join our team and work on our construction and home improvement website, https://upgrade4house.com/. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coding and be able to develop efficient and scalable server-side systems.

Responsibilities:

• Work with the Front-End team to create efficient and responsive web applications using back-end technologies.
• Write clean and efficient code for web applications and APIs.
• Design and implement databases to store and retrieve data.
• Work with other developers and team members to develop new features and enhance existing ones.
• Collaborate with the Front-End team to ensure seamless integration of the back-end and front-end systems.
• Optimize web applications and APIs for maximum speed and scalability.
• Develop and maintain documentation for code and systems.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Back-End Developer, with a portfolio of completed projects that demonstrate your expertise in server-side development.
• Strong experience with back-end technologies such as Node.js, Python, Ruby on Rails, or Java.
• Experience with database design and management, including SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of web application security best practices.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
• Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
