Senior Data Integration Engineer

Job Description

Working in the healthcare provider industry, responsible for developing applications and processes that are required to extract, transform, cleanse and manage clinical data in support of the overall healthcare analytics ecosystem ; ensure data integration services meet organizational strategy and consistently delivered at a high level of consistenty.

Work with stakeholders to define requirements for analyzing, and validating data objects

Plan, develop and support data integration process by developing common definitions of sourced data; designing common keys in physical data structure; establishing data integration specifications; examining data applications.

Support data models

Designs integration and data solutions

Delivers data integration integrating data shared across enterprise

Maps data, establishes interfaces, develops and modifies functions, programs, routines, and stored procedures to export, transform, and load data.

Work closely with Data Engineers and Database Administrators to design and create physical data structures.

Build integrations, tools and scripts that take advantage of the insights to support organizational strategic, clinical, ad-hoc and regulatory imperatives.

Requirements

6 - 7 years of experience in supporting real-time integration solutions using: Python, SOAP, REST, XML, SQL/PL/SQL, Unix Scripting

Data Integration Tools: Pentaho Kettle, SSIS, Etc.

Strong communication skills - ability to work with stakeholders to understanding requirements
