Job TitlePython Developer
Client is building a new strategic reference data platform for legal agreements & documents data. Platforms initial rollouts have been successful and they are looking to expand. They need top-tier Reference Data developers who have a strong and successful track record of solving hard problems and out of the box thinking. Consultant has to work in a dynamic environment where team members are flexible, self-sufficient; learn the business, the data and the technology stack with minimal supervision and lead the push for horizontally scalable, high performance applications.

8+ years of hands-on object oriented software development experience (minimum requirement). 2+ years of hands-on Python experience (minimum requirement). Experience working in an Agile Reference Data development environment with use of Jira (highly desirable). Background in Markets Reference Data Platforms; performing automation and development specific to Reference Data platforms (desirable). Familiarity with Semantic Web (RDF) and Sparql (desirable). Experience with distributed computing (desirable). Strong problem-solving and communication skills; enjoys a collaborative environment. Flexible, self-starter & independent, fast-learner; willing and able to quickly learn new technologies and skills; desire to understand not only what to do but also why.
Note: This is full-time (Permanent) job with client. In-Person must required after phone interview.
