The program is set for the Lightweight Languages Workshop. There are many programming languages represented, including Haskell, Lua, ML, Perl, Python, Ruby, and Scheme. The topics include hardware design, testing distributed systems, virtual machines, Lego MindStorms, and web programming.
One of the best things about this workshop series is that the video of the talks is archived on the web. You can still see last year's excellent keynote talks: Joe Amstrong on concurrency-oriented programming and Todd Proebsting on disruptive programming language technologies.
