Quoting from c.l.p thread Python Docs Bug:
"One long-standing irritation I have with the table
of contents for the Python Library Reference
<http://docs.python.org/lib/lib.html>, is that
there is one very important section, "String Methods"
which does not appear there. That's because it is
section 2.3.6.1, and the table of contents
only goes to 3 levels."

I am third to agree. To not change rule, perhaps
this section could be lifted to third level. It
really is one that people need to refer back to.

For 2.5, I've moved the standard types to be a chapter of
their own instead of a section. This should fix the problem.
