[XML-SIG] python-xml unsupported?

Hmmm, at least, there are not so many important schema languages that are
not supported by lxml (read: libxml2). I think the combined force of DTD,
XML Schema, RelaxNG and Schematron should meet most people's needs.
Actually, the only one that I could imagine being missing would be
Examplotron.
