Initial Comment:
The pretty printer emits single quotes areound 
attributes by default.  Unfortunately, single quotes 
aren't supported by all XML parsers - really I'm not 
sure they are part of the XML standard (?!?!?).  In any 
case, I wanted to pretty-print some XML but the result 
was unparsable.  Hopefully the use of single-quotes 
will be removed, or made optional, in the next version.
