that you have invoked to produce the error message

   ImportError: No module named xml.sax

In that command, what is the precise path to the Python interpreter?

For that Python interpreter, what is the contents of the site-packages
directory?

When you invoked 'python setup.py install', which Python interpreter
did you use?

Do you have any environment variables set that start with PYTHON?
