I guess <?ll.xist.ns.php.php content?> would be an option to.
Unfortunately the same doesn't hold for elements. It would
be cool to be able to write <ll.xist.ns.html.a href=""/>
and have it automatically instantiate the class ll.xist.ns.html.a
but that's not real HTML.

But this is giving me some ideas to try out.
