Summary: sgmlop and procinst again
Initial Comment:
According to
http://www.w3.org/TR/REC-xml#sec-pi
rule [16]:
PI ::= '<?' PITarget (S (Char* - (Char* '?>' Char*)))? '?>'
the space character after the PITarget is optional. So
the search in sgmlop for the character that terminates
the target is broken. This patch fixes this problem.
