Most likely, neither, nor, atleast not in a foreseeable future. IOW,
the Python XML library is frozen, at the moment, except for bug fixes.

If there are enhancements made, in terms of additional modules, then
those will most likely be drawn from PyXML. Even if they aren't, PyXML
would reflect the changes made to Python.
