[XML-SIG] xml.dom.ext.reader in pyxml-0.7.1 and 4Suite-0.12

I'm guessing Alexandre means the readers in the 4xpath/4xslt bundled with 
pyxml (or correct me if I'm wrong).

We've actualy moved 4Suite readers a lot closer to the constructions in SAX 
and DOM: now we have an InputSource object which encapsulates streaming, 
encoding and entity resolution matters.  I don't think anything would have to 
be done in any other areas of PyXML, though it might be nice one day to 
implement proper DOM Level 3 L&S InputSources, and try reconciling the small 
diffwerences with PySAX InputSources and 4Suite InputSources.
