We are shipping PyXML 0.7, and we must keep it at a level where it will 
work with the standard python we ship. We'd love to upgrade the python, 
but because the newer versions isn't compatible (on the binary level), we 
can't. We'll do it when we do a major release, which is when we can break 
compatibility.
