[XML-SIG] Error installin PyXML

You grabbed the source file for PyXML and do not have a compiler (i.e. 
Visual C++) installed on your computer.

You can download the pre-compiled version from this link:

http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/pyxml/PyXML-0.7.1.win32-py2.2.exe?download

Just download the file, run it, and it will be installed.
