[XML-SIG] xmlproc 0.7.1 fails to call endDTD event

Hi!

I noticed today that xmlproc of pyxml 0.7.1 fails to call the endDTD 
event of the lexical-handler interface (startDTD is called!). Any more 
information needed, or is this a known & fixed error?
