Correct (although this leaves alone the scripts - can be safely
overwritten with a new install). In addition, one could use the
packaging mechanisms: Perform "setup.py bdist_rpm", then "rpm -i
PyXML-0.8" to install, and "rpm -e PyXML" to uninstall; likewise on
Windows.
