[XML-SIG] XML Schema and Python

I tried to use it, had all sorts of problems, which I sent to Henry.

He agrees that the best thing would be to use the PyXML DOM and not
their own private implementation; from there, much progress could be
made.

I, personally, don't think it's worth doing anything because it's so
different from pyxml.

I'm interested in schema, for wsdl and soap.  I might do something.
