[XML-SIG] Pyana 0.2.5 released

Pyana is a bridge between the Xalan XSLT engine and Python. See:

Changes:
- updated to use Xalan 1.3/Xerces 1.6
- includes the Xalan extension library
(http://xml.apache.org/xalan-c/extensionslib.html)
- better documentation strings
- binaries for Python 2.2

Windows binaries are available immediately, Linux and Solaris binaries
may become available at a later date.
