I have now removed all traces of 4Suite and installed 0.12.0a3
"manually" but I still get the above traceback, so I guess
appendStyleSheetNode wasn't re-introduced until later version.

Well never mind, I'll just apply stylesheets on the files, it's not that
much longer it takes...
