[XML-SIG] Spanish translation of xmlproc error messages added

Ricardo Javier Cardenes sent me a translation of the xmlproc error
messages to Spanish, and I've just checked it into CVS. This means
that xmlproc now has error messages in English, Norwegian, Swedish,
French, and Spanish. As far as I know it is the only XML parser to
have error messages in more than one language.
