[XML-SIG] PyXML 0.7 & 4XSLT

Indeed, minisupport is my attempt to integrate 4XSLT with minidom. It
is still incomplete and needs major work. I have delayed this work
until somebody (probably me) integrates the current 4XSLT code into
PyXML - until then, I can only offer to withdraw the code, or
recommend to just not use it.
