[XML-SIG] [ANN] 4Suite and 4SuiteServer 0.11.1 Beta 6

This should fix all of the packaging issues we've had with the last two
releases.  We've also managed to get a few other bugs fixed.

We'd appreciate it if people would try out this beta.  We have a handful
of known bugs we want to fix, and are currently putting a lot of effort
into our docs.  We plan on releases 0.11.1 end of this week or early
next week.
