[XML-SIG] Conformance test results

Hi!

I tested xmlproc and pirxx against the OASIS draft v1.0 
Second Edition with 15 March updates by Mary Brady. 

These are the results:

Running this testsuite with <xml.sax.drivers2.drv_xmlproc.XmlprocDriver instance at 00A52ACC>
Found 504 (158 LOW / 29 MED / 317 HI) conformance violations in 3640 tests.
Needed 127.463 secs to run the tests.

Running this testsuite with <pirxx._pirxx.PyXMLReader object at 007FA5E0>
Found 272 (83 LOW / 55 MED / 134 HI) conformance violations in 3640 tests.
Needed 62,833 secs to run the tests.

The test engine is committed in "test/xmlconf".
