[XML-SIG] PyXML-0.6.6.win32-py2.1.exe install problem

I have installed python2.2b2 and b1

then when I try to install PyXML-0.6.6.win32-py2.1.exe and it asks me which
python installation to use: it offers no choice and no option to enter a
path to python.
