[XML-SIG] Preparing for PyXML 0.7

We can certainly do that; I assume you are talking about the current
state of the CVS. I've tried to merge 4XSLT 0.11.1; I have a few
changed files on my disk, but I can't get it to work - this is why I
wanted to defer a release, until we can more easily incorporate the
current 4Suite code.
