Yes and no. The mailing list at

http://mail.python.org/mailman/listinfo/xml-checkins

The one at SF does not (yet) work; it was created since SF threatened
to should down connectivity to outside mail exchangers. Then, the SF
list should have replaced the current python.org list, and the
python.org should have been subscriber to the SF list.

That project wasn't completed since I forgot to complete it. OTOH, SF
also didn't complete their own project to terminate external mail
connectivity, so everything continues to work as it always did.
