[XML-SIG] SAX API clarifications

| It may be something to do with my setup. I've had this problem since

| Mozilla, Netscape, wget, Lynx, w3m, and when using telnet manually.

| This is very strange.  I'm seeing normal behavior from SourceForge
| these days.  Can you even get their home page in a browser without
| logging in?

I get the behaviour mentioned above no matter what URI I try to access
as long as it's on a SourceForge server. www.saxproject.org gives the
same result.

I tried now from a different machine and got a redirect, so it's
probably just something strange with my machine (or kernel).
