[XML-SIG] Sax and Dom readers

While we're at it...  

When we speak of sax, we mean SAX 2.x, since SAX 1.x is obsolete. the
xml.dom.ext.reader still has a Sax.py and a Sax2.py. Lots of newcomers use
xml.dom.ext.reader.Sax, maybe because of slightly out of date docs. Could
we consider a three step move:

 1. remove Sax.py
 2. rename Sax2.py to Sax.py
 3. create a mostly empty Sax2.py that would import * from Sax for 
backward compatibility
