Summary: pDomlette reader bug

Initial Comment:
Hi,

I'm trying to build a pDomlette with a custom Sax
parser, and it looks like the provided handler expects
the parser to implement a SetBase method. I could not
find it in the Sax documentation.

Providing an empty SetBase() method leads to errors
when accessing to parseFile() (instead of parse()), and
further errors in the except clause.

Did I miss something or is this a bug?
