[XML-SIG] using PyXML 0.6.6

I just downloaded and installed PyXML-0.6.6.win32-py2.1.exe on Windows 2000.
It found Python installed in c:\python21\ and added various directories.
Really stupid question:

	How do I use the modules it installed into c:\python21\_xmlplus\ ?

I could easily add that to my PYTHONPATH.  I guess I'm confused why the
install didn't add the modules beneath the \lib folder?

I'm revealing my ignorance about Python.  Please help.
