[XML-SIG] Yet another 0.6.x release

It appears that we have to make another release of PyXML 0.6, to
provide patches that are requires by 4Suite 0.11. To prepare this
release, I have created a CVS branch "o6maint", starting from v065,
which should include bug fixes only. IOW, all the files that have been
added to PyXML since 0.6.5 will *not* appear in 0.6.6.
